Wow. My region has a lot of skilled players.
I'd say I'm in the top 100 of my region, although it's a really hard thing to judge.

I think North America.
I'm pretty sure you have to have a physical address in your country in order to play.

Yeah. Solo queueing is brutal, especially if you have bad teammates.
