-Log out of ROBLOX, close the ROBLOX window, and quit ROBLOX Studio.
-Open up your internet browser.
-Got to Start > Programs > Internet Explorer > (Internet Explorer) (or your internet browser). This should open a new tab on your browser
-Type in "www.roblox.com" into the address bar on top. Click enter.
-A new window should come up, but if it doesn't just click on the link that says "Play Now!"
-That should open ROBLOX Studio with a game for you to play.
-If that doesn't work, you might have a bad internet connection. Try connecting again.

Or maybe they just want to play a different game and not have to log back in every time.
