Scream at the top of your lungs. The cops will come.
If they do not, call 911.

If it's a bad one and you're injured, don't wait around for help. Roll off your seatbelt with some force to avoid the crash from moving your body.

That would cause more pain to your body.

Maybe not if you roll quickly enough, it also depends on whether or not you have a seatbelt that pops up or a manual one.

Rolling off won't help anyway.

If you can't move your arms and legs to get out of a wrecked vehicle, push a button on your mobile device, or call an emergency contact, and make sure you are in a safe position to not be hit by oncoming traffic, or anything else. You should also try screaming at the top of your lungs, which may result in someone hearing you, or calling an emergency service to come help you.

How would I be injured and trapped in a car anyway? That's like saying I'm swimming in the ocean and I get attacked by a shark and my leg gets bitten off, and now I can't swim.

@fabin
You can break your back pretty easily.
@67
You're still injured though.
I'm talking about the accident. It's called car crash for a reason.

What if I rolled quickly enough so that I didn't get crushed?

You can't roll quickly enough. And if you did, you'd still be injured.
