he says they all are drugs because the drinks make people have energy and they make people feel happy. He also stated that "energy drink" is a drug because it's basically a soda with extra caffeine.

He also states that anything with sugar in it (like all sodas) are bad for you and it gives you a high. However, he doesn't state whether or not this is true. This could be a lie as well, since there was no evidence stating that it was true.
