My doctors said its in my earlobes, so we cut them off. But they still hurt.
I'm trying to figure out how this could be a joke, but i can't seem to find anything funny.

Yes, it hurts.
I'm not sure how it's even possible for that to be fake. I've tried everything I could to find something funny about this, and i can't find anything.

It sounds like your ear lobes are bleeding. Do you have any wounds there?

Yes, they are bleeding. But they're supposed to.
I just don't know why they're still hurting.

If your ears were cut off, they'd bleed. They are still alive though?

Yes, my ears are still alive.
I just don't understand how the bleeding is causing me pain.

But, if it was fake, why would doctors be involved?

Probably because you can't just go to any random store and get someone to cut your ears off.

It could just be a big bruise that's bleeding. It sounds like you've got something stuck in your ear, though. I'm sure you've checked for things like this already but you never know.

@Superme555
I didn't check until after my ears were cut off, so there might still be some blood left over inside them. But i'm not sure how that would cause pain.

Well, it sounds like you might have some kind of infection. Infections are sometimes painful and can spread easily throughout the body. See a doctor immediately.
