I got the link from some random ad, and clicked it.
A virus was installed on my computer, which immediately disabled Windows Live Messenger and Windows Explorer. And it changed my home page to some random site.

Also, I had to use system restore to get my computer back to normal.
So if you see any random ads, DON'T CLICK THEM.

I've got the McAfee Anti-virus. And I have an anti-spyware program on this computer. So I should be fine now.

McAfee's virus protection doesn't work very well.
I prefer Avast Antivirus.
