I don't know why, but something tells me that I won't make it through today.
I'm afraid of everything now, even when I'm home alone in my bedroom. My friends say I'm being paranoid, but I can't shake this feeling.
Please tell me if you feel the same way, or if you have any tips for dealing with fear like this.

Oh yeah, that's another thing that's been happening to me lately. It feels like there's an evil presence in my room at night, watching me.
I try not to think about it, but it keeps coming back to me.

i used to have trouble falling asleep because i always thought there was someone in my room
and i still do sometimes when i'm in a new place, but not very often anymore
i don't really know how i overcame it

Yeah, I just can't seem to relax these days. Even when I'm playing video games, I'm afraid that something is going to happen to me.
It's really getting to me.

it could be because you're growing up
or it could be a mental illness
or maybe you're just more aware of the world now

I'm not sure what it is, but I just hope it goes away soon.
