It's not that simple. It wouldn't work like that. Besides, you are assuming that there is even any more money to cut.
This scenario was supposed to be somewhat realistic and not have me being a god in which I can print as much money as I want.

No because there isn't enough money for me to print to meet demands. This is an issue.
Besides, the government doesn't control the monetary system so they can't print all they want whenever they want.
