I was going to say GameStop because they have free game demos on their gaming systems. But I am not sure about Best Buy.

i just use my room for it

you don't need the demo
you can just download it, then if you like it buy it
no point in trying demos when you can just buy the game itself

I'm a poor gamer. So I just play free-to-play games. Also, the demos are only available in that store. Not on Xbox Live or PlayStation Network.
I was actually going to get a demo for Uncharted: A Thief's End at GameStop. But I had no money. :(
So I played a bit of Rocket League and enjoyed myself.
