Also, if you're on mobile you might want to switch to desktop, because there's a button to email the mods.

I'll try that later, but this isn't the first time my account has been banned, last week my alt was banned for 1 day because I called someone an idiot (I'm not kidding), so I'm sure it wasn't this.

I honestly have no idea. All I know is that my alt was banned and I got a message saying "you're account is being moderated because you broke the rules", but I didn't see any warnings or anything else.
