A group, where people can be active and not be bothered by the usual OT stuff. It'd be more like a club or something, with a bunch of different topics, such as anime, gaming, movies, etc.
It wouldn't have to be a huge club, but just a small group that has members that aren't usually bothered by certain topics and are willing to talk about their own interests. It's basically like an extended version of a subforum.
I don't know how much of this makes sense, I'm just trying to figure out how to get my point across.
