A: You are in the city park and there's a dark alley behind you. You can either:
a) Walk into it.
b) Turn around.
B: A monster is coming up to you, and your friends don't look like they're going to help you out. Your choices:
a) Run for your life!
b) Try to fight him!
C: There is another D4, and this one is so bad... You just have to...
a) Kill yourself.
b) Start over on part B.
D: You hear a voice calling you from a room in the abandoned house next door to where you live. What do?
a) Open the window.
b) Go down the fire escape.
E: You walk through the door and find that the room looks exactly how the owner left it when he moved away. This has got to be...
a) A trap!
b) A mistake
F: If you choose F again, then I will let you die right here. If not, keep choosing!
G: It seems as if the game wants you dead...
H: Choose H or else you lose the game forever!

Oops I messed up, sorry guys. Here's an updated version.

G: The door slams shut before you can escape. As soon as you realize what's happened, the room fills with flames. To survive...

K: The room gets colder by the minute. All you see now is snow outside the window. You may also notice two men wearing ski masks walking towards the house. Should you call for help?
L: Yes, please.
M: No thanks.
N: I'm all set, thanks anyways.
O: Two hours later you wake up inside a hospital bed. The doctor tells you that he's found some blood around you and that he suspects you've been assaulted by someone. He asks you who attacked you? And should the police be notified?
P: No, no cops!
Q: Yes please! Let the police know right away!
R: Wait a second, what about the killer?
S: He's in a nearby cabin, probably celebrating his success at killing me. So we might want to check that place out.
T: Whatever you think, doc. It's your decision.
U: They search the cabin but only come across a pile of money covered up in a blanket. Then the phone rings and you get a message telling you to give the money back or else. What do you do?
A: Call the cops!
B: Give them their money back.
C: Send the cash over using a courier.
V: One month later you finally return home after being released from the hospital and start living a normal life once more. But one night, there was a knock on your door...
W: Who is it?
X: Tell 'em its time to party!
Y: I'm busy, go away!
Z: Part 3 coming real soon folks!
