1. Make friends with the school's principle (if you don't know who that is, it's just the guy in charge of your school)
2. Make sure he likes you and then ask him to give you the answer key to the test
3. Use the answer key to complete the exam and then copy down the answer key to give to someone else

You don't need a 4.0 gpa to get into college
I had a 3.7 gpa and I got accepted into my school.
