I've never had any problems with lag. And also, I don't know how to put games onto a disc... lol...

Well, I can't stand having a bunch of Steam games installed at once. Steam lags horribly when you have more than 5-10 games installed, so I keep them on external hard drives.

I only have 2 steam games installed right now, Batman Arkham City and The Binding of Isaac.
And I don't know where to install anything else.

The best way I found to get around Steam's horrible installation process is to open up the game's install folder (usually it will be in Steam\SteamApps\libraryname) and copy the files to an external hard drive.

Another method is to use a program called Winrar to extract the files. I haven't tried this though.

I'm not sure. Try searching for "steam batman arkham city installation" on Google. See if you can find something there.
