"Who likes to draw?"
I raised my hand, and the teacher says "Good for you"
"Does anyone like to draw?"
I raised my hand again.
"Okay."
A bunch of people raise their hands.
"Draw a picture of someone that you like."
A bunch of girls draw pictures of boys, but me? I drew a picture of a pig, because I thought that it was funny.
When I finished drawing, the teacher came over to look at my drawing and said "What's this?"
I told her "It's a pig."
She then asked me "Why did you draw a pig?"
Because it seemed funny to me?
I could have just as easily drawn a boy and she wouldn't have asked that question.

The reason why I raised my hand when she asked that question was because I actually do like to draw.
I don't really like drawing people, but I do like drawing landscapes, animals, etc.

The point is, the teacher didn't even care whether you liked to draw or not.
All he/she cared about was how much you sucked at it.

I could have easily drawn a boy if I wanted to.
She never asked me "Why did you draw a pig?" when I was drawing a pig for my art class.
She just asked me that question out of nowhere.

She looked at my pig drawing and went back to where she was before she came over to look at my drawing.
