I had a nightmare about 2 months ago and I keep having it. In the nightmare, I see myself in my sleep. I can't move, but I'm still breathing. It's just me and another person in a dark room. And I can hear his/her voice saying that they will kill me while I am asleep. The thing is, I am asleep while this all happens. I'm not sure if I have this dream because of something I saw on tv or something else. I don't know what to do about this.
