I've been having some pretty horrible days lately. I was wondering if any of you could share something that made your day really bad.

The worst day of my life was the first time I ever had a panic attack. I felt like my heart was going to stop beating and I was going to die. The feeling is very similar to being on the verge of death, but it's not actually true. It was horrifying, but it made me realize how much I value my life and that I need to take care of myself.
