Virus.
That's why my Internet connection is so slow, and why my CPU usage is so high. I can't use Task Manager to delete the virus, because it makes my computer freeze up when I try to open it.
Anyone know how to get rid of this virus without using Task Manager?

@Puggle
I could try installing Malwarebytes, but I don't think it'll work. When I tried it before, it made my computer crash completely.
