it's a website that was created in 2006 by David Baszucki.
you can build a game on your own, or you can build a game with others.
you can play other peoples builds
you can make friends on here, and create clans and all sorts
and there are groups to do various things as well

also, why are there a bunch of forums called ATR, RT, VGC etc?
does it have something to do with the game itself?
