yes, but only if you have a gun and only if you can prove that they were breaking in
if they are breaking in but you dont have a gun and there are no witnesses then you will get arrested

well if they are breaking in, just tell them to stop
if they keep coming then you can call the police on them
and the best thing to do in a robbery situation is to hide and not to confront the criminals
