I stayed up for 6 days, I was 3 years old. I drank a lot of milk and sugar and fell asleep for a day or two.

I once stayed up for 80 hours straight.
I was on a bus trip to Europe, and we only slept about two hours in four days.
We were all so tired by then, that we couldn't stay awake, so we all crashed for 8 hours, and slept until morning.
So yeah, I guess that counts as the longest.
