We would not see the Moon. There would be no Moon phase cycle, and we would always be in daylight or darkness. Daytime would probably be longer than it is now. I imagine that the tides would still exist but not as pronounced.

I wonder why we have a Moon when all other planets in our solar system do not. They do however all have moons.
