Ban religion. Make a law stating that no one can use the Internet for more than 3 hours a week without a special license. Require everyone to wear a GPS tracker, because I'm paranoid about the NSA.
I would also make a law that says that anyone who claims to be religious cannot vote unless they pay an extra 5% tax on their income. Also, make a law where any person convicted of a crime will have all of his assets seized.

I would make a law that requires all men to register for the draft as soon as they turn 18.
Also, if you refuse to register for the draft, you lose your right to vote.
