So let me get this straight:
The new OTer is the same person as a known OTer. So they have all the known OTers' powers, including the ability to use the alt code. When they do this, it makes them look like one of the known OTers, so you kill them with your bare hands.
This is very complicated, and I don't know if you're the only one who has thought of this
