Roblox is just like a computer game. The only thing it does different is it has a browser that you can play games with, and the actual program itself that you need to download on your computer. Now, I'm not saying that there are bugs, because then we would all be seeing them. The reason why roblox isn't working for some people is because their computers do not have enough RAM to handle the game. Some of us may not realize this, but the more we use our computer, the less RAM we have, and when our RAM gets below 50%, our computer starts getting slow, and if it gets down to 10%, then it will crash, or stop responding. That is my theory why roblox is not working for some people.

And another thing, if roblox is not working for you, try restarting your computer, then go to www.roblox.com in your browser and click play. You should be able to log in.

Another thing that I think I found out, if there are bugs in the roblox software program, it would affect all roblox players, but since not everyone is having trouble with this bug, then I think that the problem is on your side, like your computer might not have enough RAM to handle the game. So restart your computer, then try playing again. If that doesn't work, I suggest calling tech support.
