It feels like yesterday when I was in elementary school and my birthday was a big deal because it was so rare.
Now it's not really a big deal. I feel as though birthdays are less important as you get older. I'm sure by the time I'm an adult I won't even bother celebrating my own birthday anymore because that just seems weird.
But still, I don't like how time is flying by faster and faster.

It also feels like yesterday when I was 13 and I felt really old for my age. Now that I'm almost 16, I've lost that feeling of being "old" because now 16 seems pretty young to me. It's weird how your mindset changes so drastically throughout your life.

I'm not sure if we have common core in Canada, but I think it's pretty much the same thing.
It's weird how both of our grade placements are the same thing.

Lol you're slow to grow up. I guess you can thank your parents for that because they raised you right.

I'm pretty tall too, but I'm skinny af and weigh like 130-140 depending on the time of day.
But it's still cool that we're all growing up at the same pace. It shows that we were both raised to be healthy.

Well, I guess it's good that you aren't overweight at least.
You shouldn't have to worry about going bald or getting high cholesterol as long as you stay relatively slim and don't binge eat everyday.

Yeah, that's probably the number one concern when it comes to weight.
It's weird how every generation seems to get bigger and bigger. My grandparents are tiny compared to my parents, who are tiny compared to me.
I'm going to assume that future generations will get even bigger, but we'll see what happens in time.

I'm not too sure either, but I'm assuming that the food we're eating nowadays is more processed than ever before. Our food was never really meant to be processed so much, so we can assume that our bodies aren't processing it as well as they should be.
This may not necessarily lead to weight gain, but it definitely causes health issues over time.
