The girl he's marrying has an autistic son. The son is about to turn 13, and my uncle is 45. He's already got a wife and daughter.
I wonder how that will work out

No problem.
My aunt says he'll be okay if he grows up, but I can't imagine what it would be like having a disabled relative. It must be hard on them.

It isn't really that bad though. He is usually really nice to me. We get along well. He doesn't get mad easily. When I was little he used to help me brush my teeth when my parents couldn't find one of my teeth. And he gets upset when we call him "autistic".

He's probably just being nice because you're his sister.
I know that sounds bad, but if he doesn't get mad over people calling him autistic then that means he's not THAT autistic. Autism can range anywhere from mild to severe, and you don't have to be severe to be called autistic.
