She told your friend she was bleeding and you're scared? She's probably lying about bleeding. If I was on a forum and had no access to an internet browser or other device that could let people know I was fine, then the most realistic scenario would be that I'm crying for attention.

People lie. People fake a lot of things. There's a good chance she is crying for attention. Why would you ever do that? Because you can get attention from it.
