He is a baby and I'm not
I have my own room but he sleeps with my parents in a room that was supposed to be a bathroom, he screams at night, he's always annoying me and my little brother when he comes home from school, etc.

You need to just ignore him and then he'll get bored and leave you alone.
If you can't ignore him, then you need to fight him back, but be careful not to hurt him.
