I need some new tech, but I'm saving up for something like a Surface Pro 3. I want to build my own PC eventually too.

Surface pro is nice, but I don't really get the point of it since you can just use a tablet and a laptop for the same purpose as one computer

LG G2 is a phone, and yeah. I don't see the point in them either. It's just a gimmicky thing that can only do half its functions properly, and I really couldn't find much else worth using it for other than it being cheap.
It was a gift though, so whatever.

i was going to say that I was still using my iPhone 4 until I realized that my mom had gotten me an iPhone 5S last year

Yeah. I got it as a gift on Christmas, along with a tablet, earphones, and a gaming keyboard/mouse combo.
I'm not too sure why it was given to me since I'm the only one in my family who uses the internet that often, but hey, free stuff is free stuff.

My mom is a crazy person when it comes to technology.
I haven't been able to get a decent computer since 2011, so she felt guilty and decided to buy me some electronics for Christmas (my birthday is also around that time).

A Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It's nothing too special, it's just there to play games on since I don't really have another computer to use. It's also just small enough so I can use it as an ereader and watch youtube videos.

i think the Nexus 6 is cool
but it costs more than $200, which is the most I would ever spend on a cell phone

Yeah, it looks pretty slick. But yeah, that price is pretty much out of the question for me.
The LG G4 is probably the next best thing, but I can't see myself buying a phone just because of how awesome it is. I'll probably just stick with whatever I get from now on.

i don't really have any reason to buy a new phone right now
i'm fine with my current one, and I wouldn't want to get anything better since my current phone has been paid off
