It's become such an epidemic lately that people just assume that's what everyone who gets banned is. And it's not fair that I get the same penalty for something I didn't do as those who actually were OD'ing. It's the same principle as "driving while black." They should be treated equally.

That's a perfect example of what I'm talking about. There was one guy who was arrested because he fit the description of a man who robbed a bank. He was black, and they arrested him without even checking anything else about him.

what if i said that if you're banned for spamming you shouldn't be punished because other people got banned for spamming and they weren't even spamming?

but you did say that

you're basically saying that they're bad people, since you're saying that they're the same thing as ODers (which is what you think most people get banned for)
