I had a dental appointment and now my jaw hurts. So much that it's hard to open my mouth, eat, speak and move my face.
My life is bad right now, I don't want to do anything except just sit here on the couch playing GTA V.

I can't do that because it's going to cost me more money.
I only pay $35 every six months for dental care.
I would be screwed if I went to an actual doctor, so I'm just going to suck it up and wait for this pain to go away on its own.
