The video game companies and the movie studios have a conference with the government.
The government then tells them they will make more money if there is a new console every two years.
A new console that costs around $350 dollars.
And so that's how it was, for the next twenty years. The gaming industry has been the most booming thing since the invention of the Internet.

I also imagine a new Mario Kart, with the new Wii U being able to control up to six controllers at once, or with four controllers and two remotes.
