I can't sleep, there are noises in my room and I keep thinking someone is going to get me. What should I do?

what kind of noises are in your room?
are you alone? or are you with other people?
if youre alone then why would you be scared that someone will get you?

if its loud enough itll scare anyone out of their house
just make sure to wear earplugs or something because if you dont then theres no point of getting a bb gun
