In the movie, OT is a nation of people who live in boxes. They never see daylight and all they do it play video games or watch TV.
But then one day, this little guy named MidgetBoy got bored playing his Xbox and decided to explore the outside world for some fun.
He was soon captured by police officers because he's underage.
Moral of story:
Don't go exploring OT
