I must say I really do like the ones where you're fighting in places other than just battling wild pokemon. My favorite is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness, and my second favorite is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team/Red Rescue Team.
