If you're looking for other sub-forums to discuss those topics, try VGF (Video Game Forum) and Off Topic. I'm not sure which is better for Manga/Anime.

A "subforum" is basically a division of a forum. For example, the ROBLOX Forums can be divided into the main categories, such as All Things ROBLOX, Clans & Guilds, Video Creations with ROBLOX, Let's Make a Deal, etc. Each one of these can have many "subforums", which would be like OT or RT. These "subforums" can be divided even further. This forum you're currently on is called Off Topic.
