They are just a bunch of high schoolers with a lot of free time on their hands who just sit around and play games all day. And since they spend so much time playing games, they come up with the ideas for ROBLOX.

I don't think that's the case.
I've been in several interviews. The only ones that got past the first question were people that had experience developing websites, and were also very good developers.
