I did it before and it's so much fun.
Everyone is like "Aww he has diarrhea, poor thing" and then they start feeling sorry for me and the teacher just wants me to go to the bathroom.

Elementary school is only kindergarten through third grade or fourth grade.
There are only two cases of cancer before the age of 15. One is a bone cancer which happens most commonly between the ages of 1-3, but can occur anytime in childhood. The other is an eye cancer called retinoblastoma, which mostly occurs in young children but can be found in teenagers as well.
The rest of the types of cancer (excluding leukemia) typically happen in people aged 60 and up, with an average age of 70.

Well I meant, it's funny if you have diarrhea when you get bullied by this kid who likes to punch your stomach every time he sees you.
It's fun because everyone is like "Aww poor him he has diarrhea"
And then the teacher is like "Oh boy just go to the bathroom."
