not really.
I have friends that I like, and if they are still alive when I die and come back to life I'll still be their friend, and so on for people I know in real life who aren't friends.

that's a possibility, but it's not probable.
it seems that more often than not people get reincarnated as humans.
and even if I was reincarnated as something else, I'm sure that I would still get along with some of my friends.
