Evolution is the process whereby life adapts and changes from generation to generation.
Creationism is the assertion that God created everything that exists (the idea that God created the Universe would be classified as "creationism").
So, your statement is false; evolution is just an explanation for what happened, and it is still subject to scientific scrutiny as all theories are.
And evolution is still an accepted theory, because there is plenty of evidence to support it.

Well, what if someone proves that evolution isn't true? Do you still believe in it? Also, the reason why it's called a theory is because the evidence in support is really small. The people who discovered it had no proof to back it up, so they called it a theory. If they actually did have the proof, it wouldn't be called a theory.

You don't know that, you're just assuming it. There is no way of proving that they aren't compatible. But if they were incompatible, it'd just show that evolution is true since evolution can explain how we got here and creationism doesn't
