If it's the same "third forms" as in the last game, it'll only be for Pokemon that already have two forms (like Rotom and Giratina).

A lot of people were thinking it would be a second version of the Zoroark event from BW, but that's not happening either, as far as we know.

You could only get Zoroark if you had a Master Ball and went to a specific place in Black or White (though the latter has a different event that gives Zoroark to everyone).

For both versions, really. The Zoroark event in White is much more difficult than the one in Black.

There's supposed to be another Zoroark event this year (hopefully), and it's easier than both of the previous ones.

I have Zoroark on my Black game. It's my favorite Pokemon, but I'm not sure about its moveset yet. I was hoping he'd be a Dark/Fighting-type, but so far he seems like he'll only be Dark.

You go into the Move Tutor menu, and then you can learn any TM that you've already gotten with a Pokemon in your party.

You'll want to try to get TMs for moves like Sucker Punch and Night Slash (the ones with good priority) as soon as possible.
