It wasn't my family who let me on, it was my friend. His sister is 2 and his parents don't care what she does, so I told her about the internet and she's been on it for the past hour or two.

I tried getting her off, but she pulled out my phone and ran into another room with it. My parents are downstairs right now, so I can't really do anything.

Well then try to keep tabs on her when you're playing video games. If she runs upstairs while you're playing a game, pause it, grab your phone or tablet, and follow her up there. Once you get near her, start talking to her about something that will take her attention away from the internet and towards you. Then continue to talk to her until she's no longer interested in using the internet.

Also, if possible, get a laptop that doesn't connect to the internet and give that one to her.
