Hello, I am the World is Spinning and this is my first blog post. I want to write about my 7th grade experience in the past few days, because I've been having a wonderful time. Let me start off with how good of a teacher Mrs. C is.
Mrs. C is very nice and friendly, which I like. She has the ability to make class fun, but also keep us focused on our work. This was proven to me when we had an activity where we were supposed to choose the correct word out of three words that she gave us. She told us we had two minutes to finish it up and if you finished early then you could go get a drink of water or something. There were a lot of kids who didn't finish, but some kids did. Well, Mrs. C decided to let us all go get a drink of water, even though we didn't finish. I think that was a very kind thing for her to do, since I'm not used to my teachers being so friendly to their students. Also, Mrs. C isn't afraid to discipline the students if they don't behave, which is another great quality of her's.
So far I love Mrs. C as a teacher and I am so happy I have her.
Now I want to write about the students. In 7th grade, there are more social students, so I've been meeting a lot of new people. Most of the students are very friendly, just like Mrs. C.
One student named Jordan in particular stands out to me. He seems like a really nice person and I've gotten to know him quite well in the past few days. When I asked Jordan what his favorite color is, he said pink. So that was pretty interesting...
I've also noticed that most of the girls in my class have straight hair. I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but I find that to be pretty strange.
Also, there's this other girl who has long blonde hair and she always wears glasses. She's probably one of the prettiest girls in my class.
Alright, that's all for now. I'll try to write again soon, possibly when I get back from lunch tomorrow, because I am going on a field trip tomorrow!
