minecraft is aimed at children because it's a game that doesn't require any skills or brainpower to play.
you just have to sit there and press keys on the keyboard while you watch your character do something.
i'm not sure if i even have words for how bad minecraft is.
roblox, on the other hand, has a point. it's a building game where players can interact with eachother, script, and create things.
it's a game that can be used by anyone who wants to create something. minecraft was only created for children to build with bricks.

no, i've been playing since 2009 and i'm now in my early teens so i don't consider it a kids' game.
it's an online community where you can make friends and collaborate on projects together. minecraft isn't like that, it's more of a game for lonely kids to spend hours playing by themselves.
