I think that we need to have some sort of laws in OT.

Just because this is the subforum where you can say what you want, does not mean it's a free for all. There must be some sort of law to keep people in line. So, I propose that we make a rule like: No threads about dating. No spamming. Don't post personal attack threads. Those are just a few examples. We should have some sort of basic rules, so people will know that this is a proper subforum. I also think that we should make the subforums more serious. The OT forum has been deteriorating for the past month or so. It has gone from being a subforum to talk about whatever you want to talk about and have discussions about it, to a place to post spam, flame wars, etc. Also, let's not forget the fact that there is a lot of people in OT who just want to "make fun" of other forums. They do this by posting threads like: "MY FORUM > YOURS!" or something along those lines. This is what needs to be stopped, as well as the spam, flame wars, and general idiocy.
