It's gotta be someone that was on the channel during this time, like the Disney Stars that they had in the late '90s. This also includes the Disney Stars that were on the channel before and after.

It is Raven Symone. She was on the channel in 2000 and 2002. She also did a lot of singing for the channel during this time, which I'm not very familiar with.

Oh, okay. Just make sure you don't use 21st century Disney terminology to talk about it though. It confuses people. Especially the ones who were born after that time period.
