I've been having trouble with my computer for the past week, and it's really annoying. My laptop won't let me access the internet, so I have to use my phone (which isn't very practical). But recently, I got a virus that made it so I can only get on websites when I'm using a certain browser. When I tried to delete the virus by going into system32, I got a message saying "C:Windows\system32" Access Denied, Please try again later.
I'm getting really annoyed at how long this is taking to fix, but if anybody has any advice, please reply. Thanks.

I just checked, and I don't have windows 10, it says I have windows 7.
Also, I'm not completely sure what you're talking about.

@NinoTime
You should've been more specific about the virus name

Okay, so I just searched for the virus online, and it's called "WiseSearch" (which I think was put on my laptop when I tried to get a free roblox card, which I didn't use). Do you know how to remove that? Also, if you can't help me, then please don't reply.

@NinoTime
It's a pretty common virus, I would suggest using a good antivirus to remove it
