I guess it would be Kyo in the King of Fighters series, but that's only because I know him best. He has a personality which I find interesting and his gameplay is fun to use.

I also like Banjo for how he looks, as well as Simon, for being a cool-looking guy with some pretty awesome abilities.

Banjo and Simon have both had their fair share of popularity over the years. I personally prefer Simon as my favorite due to his versatility and unique ability.
