The OTer's Guide to OT
A list of things every OTer should know:
1. The rules and the consequences if you break them
2. How the OT community works
3. How to act like a regular OTer
The Rules:
-Do not talk about OT's place here, we have a specific forum for that.
-Don't advertise
-No Spamming
-No trolling
-Don't post offsite links (i.e: youtube.com)
These are basic roblox rules. Breaking them will result in punishment. Punishment may include (but is not limited to) bans, demotions, or exile.
How OT Works:
OT is the only forum on ROBLOX that isn't serious and doesn't take itself too seriously. There is a lot of randomness here, but it is still moderated. This is a great place for people who just want to have fun without being judged by others. As long as you're having fun, there is no problem.
How to Act Like a Regular OT'er:
This can be tricky to understand because everyone has their own personality. However, I'll give you some guidelines so you can get started.
First of all, always try to have fun! That's the main reason why people come to OT. Have fun with your friends!
Second, you should try to make your posts as funny as possible. You don't have to be a comedian, but if you try to make your post a little more interesting, it will definitely help.
Third, be kind. Kindness goes a long way in OT. If someone needs help or is feeling down, try to help them out. It really makes a difference!
Fourth, always try to use grammar. We don't expect you to be perfect, but at least try to make your post easy to read. It will help people understand what you're saying.
Fifth, always use common sense. Don't do anything that could get you banned or hurt others. Just use good old fashioned common sense and everything will be fine.
Sixth, if you see something you think shouldn't be here, report it. We rely on our users to help us keep this place safe. So if you see something that shouldn't be here, please report it so we can take care of it.
Seventh, be yourself. Don't try to act like someone else, just be who you are. Everyone is different, so there's no need to pretend to be someone you're not. Be yourself and everyone will like you.
Eighth, enjoy your stay! This is a great place to hang out with friends, have some fun, and make new ones. So relax, have fun, and enjoy your time here at OT.
That's about it for now. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to PM me. I'm always happy to help!
Thanks,
The OT Council
